mother quit claim deed

years ago, advised by an attorney, the children and spouses signed this, one of the children is now divorced, does that void the deed, is is possible to change it?

Hi ester,

A divorce will not void the deed. However, if all the heirs wish, then the deed can be changed. The heirs will have to contact a real estate attorney and he/she will guide them in changing the deed.
