my ex quit claimed me our home in the divorce but his name is on the loan not mind ou...i have been told that i need to refi to get his name off the loan b ut that i have total ownership of home.. he just has the debt. i got behind a payment so he says i ruined his credit ... i am trying to refinace now.. can he do anything to me

I feel your ex can't do anything such as filing a lawsuit if his credit is ruined. If he is on the loan, it is also his responsibility to pay. So, I suppose he shouldn't blame you for getting behind on payment.
