My Aunt owns her home and is 81 years old. If she was to quit claim the property to my sister and I. Is there anything we need to do besides complete the property Quit Claim form?

Hi Terri Crumley,

Welcome to the forums.

Your sister needs to fill out the quitclaim form and get it recorded at the County Recorder's office. Know more on how to make a quit claim deed valid.

Take Care
