I want to add my daughter to the deed to my house....There is NO mortgage on the house

Hi Guest,

You can sign a quitclaim deed and add your daughter's name to the property deed. Once the quitclaim deed is signed, you should notarize and then record it at the county recorder's office. A real estate attorney may help you in drafting the deed for adding your daughter's name. Or else, you can check out the sample quitclaim deed forms available online and add your daughter to the property.
