can I add a name to the deed? If so how?
Hi WFerrer,
You can add a name to the property deed through a quit claim deed. You will transfer the title as grantor to both you and the person you want to add to the deed. Then, the deed is to be notarized and recorded with the county recorders office.

Hi WFerrer,
Welcome to our forum.
You can use Quit Claim Deed to add another persons name on deed. Contact your attorney to fill the deed & notarize it in the country record to make it valid. This is the fast & easy way to add name on deed.
Thanks & Regards.

quit claim deed. but get it notarized
but how long does the process take?
Dl
It is a simple process. You need to fill up the form, sign it and notarize it.
After that take it to the local county office and record it by paying the necessary fee
Good luck and feel free to ask
