i want to quit claim to my brother as a gift. the problem is, he is married and i only want his name on the deed. is this possible.

Hi

You can quitclaim your property to your brother as a gift. Though he's married, you can leave his wife out of the property deed. You will have to sign the deed as the grantor and your brother will be the grantee. When the quit claim deed will be recorded, the property title will be in your brother's name.
