Can one make a deed of gift for a properity and then will it to someone else

My grandmother made a deed of gift for me for her property and then later will that property to someone else does the deed of gift have claim

Hi Mala_b,

If your grandmother gifted the property to you and had even transferred it, then she can't transfer the same property to someone else. You will be considered the owner of the property. You can transfer the property to someone else but not your grandmother.
