i am planning on quit deeding a home i no longer have an interest in because i have other property interests that i need to get rid of this property.on the other party is not able to outright buy property in there own name but can afford the property being offered via quit deed.

Hi hiriow,

You can quitclaim your property interest not only to your family members, but also to a non-family member. You can quitclaim to anyone you want. But remember, once you quitclaim your property interest to someone, you lose all your interest in the property and cannot get it back until that person signs it back to you.
