I owned a property with my husband and my two adult children and I quik claim deeded my share of the property to my two children. Now we are getting a divorce. Can the judge make my two children sell the property to give my husband his share.

Hi Surman,

It will be the judge's discretion whether or not he would ask your children to sell off the property to give your husband his share of the property. Your children can buy out your husband by offering him a certain sum of money and asking him to transfer the property to them.

Thanks
