Can Quit Claim deeds be voided if a person who signed them has had mental health issues, is on treatment but has not been ruled incompetent to handle affairs?

If the person has not been ruled out as incompetent to handle affairs, then I don't think the court will consider the quitclaim deed signed by him as null and void. If he is competent enough, then the deed would be considered as valid.
