If she sells am I entitled to a portion of the equity. I make the Mortgage payments. If she decides to sell it, Once the Mortgage and back taxes are paid there will still be about $100,000 left over in equity. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Buy why are you pay the mortgage payments of that property. Are you making the payments according to the divorce decree?
