ABOUT THE DOLLAR AMOUNT IN THE QUITCLAIM DEED

IF I'M GIVING A PROPERTY TO SOMEBODY DO I HAVE TO PUT A DOLLAR AMOUNT? IF NOT DOES THIS AFFECT THE VALUE OF THE PROPERTY?

Yes, you will have a put a dollar amount in the quitclaim deed however this will in no way affect the value of your property.

If you are speaking about the stamp docs, then I would say yes you will have to put a dollar amount in the deed. Property value is not affected by this.

of course, you need to put a ddollor for this quit claim deed and that will not affect your value of property.
