My Ex was awarded 22,500.00 when he signed the quit claim. I have received a small refund check and he refuses to sign it over to me as both names are on the check. I was told that im entitled to it as he signed away his rights with the quit claim...is this the case?

I would suggest you to contact your attorney and take his opinion in this case.
