I have a property which I am living in, but it is deeded to my mother and father who are both dead. Can I quitclaim the property if I get my sisters who are in the will to sign a quitclaim to me since I have been paying the mortage and taxes for over 8 years?

Is it in your father & mother's estate (as in a trust)? If it's just in their names I believe it has to go through a probate period, if it's in a trust, depending on the type of trust and how it's set up there could be a probate period (but typically much shorter). If it it's in a trust, I'd contact the trustee who'd be able to tell you how to proceed with becoming sole owner of the home.
