if my brother is excutioner of the estate and a quick claim is ready for him to sign house my dad bought for me and i have been paying this note for 4 years can he refuse to sign? what can i do if he dont sign this? we both have equal shares in the estate , nothing has been divided yet. but the house is mine just not legally yet.

Welcome to the forums.

This is more of a legal issue and can be best handled by an attorney. As for an executor, he is legally obligated to carry out certain responsibilities keeping in mind the interest of the beneficiaries.
