Lerio Guest	Posted: Fri Dec 16, 2011 12:52 pm    Post subject: quitclaim deed Like 0 Dislike 0 I quitclaim deed my home to my ex-wife and she let the home go into a preforclosure and the mortgage company sent a check from the suspense account in both of our names. Am I entitled to half of that check ?
