False information on quit claim deed

I can't remember the reason why, but at the time, the realtor said it would be better if I was listed as married and he be listed as the spouse. This information is false as we were never marred. Does this mean the quit claim deed is invalid? (I'm actually hoping it does since we have since broken up).

It will be better if you could contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. The attorney will let you know whether or not the deed will be considered as invalid.
