We have been married for 3 year and i have owned the home for 25 year before getting married to he. 7 months after i made out the quitclaim deed my wife filed for divorce. What happens now.

So she is also an owner of the property and has all the rights to claim her share or the equity. Is it a mortgaged property and is she also on the mortgage? _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.

If so, you have given her the house, and you have no claim to it.
