Hi, I have my Quick Claim Deed filled out except the Legal Description part. I live in St. Louis , MO and I am not sure how this part of the QCD needs to be done. I bought the QCD from Office Max . All parties have signed , it's Notorized, Witnesses ect have signed. Just need to put the legal description on the right way, and what else do I need when I file it?
Any help is appreceiated, and needed. Thank you |

Hi piffer!
Welcome to forums!
You should consult your real estate attorney in order to fill out the legal description part of the quitclaim deed. He will be the best person to help you in this regard.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

You can use the legal description from your origianl deed. Also, look up your property on your county's property tax appraiser's website, they will probably have the legal description listed. _________________ Disclaimer: This is not legal advice and I am not your lawyer.
