| my husband quit claim our home and the people are not making mortage payment. They introduce the deed to us. we hand no idea how it works but they told us that the deed was able to transfer everthing under their names including the mortgage. I am personaly not on the loan, but i believe the title. I did not sign the deed. |

you did all this with no legal advice?
from the tenor of your question, it looks like you've been had. in my best opinion, it's time for you to go find a lawyer who can help you in this mess. you'll probably need to bring suit for a fraud, based on what you've told us.

You have given them the property. You are still liable for your mortgage. You may be able to file a lawsuit against them for breach of the contract for the debt.
