| My ex is in the house, I moved out but was still paying on it. I could no longer afford to pay on that house & renting a place of my own, so I had to stop giving him money for rent, & I was not going to pay for him to be comfortable & found out his girl friend moved in. He want's me to write a letter to the bank to say I'm not financialy responsible for the house & they also want 2 check stubs. I want him to sell it or buy me out. He is doing some goverment thing where he pays less for the mortage. I want to be reembersed for all the money I put in to it. What do I do |

transferring your ownership interest at this time without compensation will not necessarily provide you with compensation once the home is sold. as soon as you relinquish your ownership, you relinquish all interest in the property - unless you enter into some legal arrangement with him. you need a lawyer to help you navigate through this. go get one, please.
