He then left me less than a mounth later he bought property without my knowledge he still said he didn't get settlement. Then 6 months later he quick claim deeded it to the woman he left me for. he told me he did it so I wouldn't be able to get it do i have any recourse

If the property was in your husband's name and if you were not on the property deed, then he can transfer it to anyone without your permission. This is because you are not the owner of the property.
