aozoomer Guest	Posted: Tue Apr 05, 2011 7:06 am    Post subject: Deed Like 0 Dislike 0 My ex boyfriend signed a quit claim deed to me . He is still co signer but since moved out. When he still lived here before signing the deed i filed for half of the homebuyers taxes and he didnt. After the deed was signed and him being gone i filed for the second half. Now he says it affected half of his taxes because he lost part of his share on the house . is he able to get half of taxes or half of the value?
