Can I quick claim my home to my daughter without my wife knowning the home Ibrought before we were marriged

Hi leroy,

If you are the sole owner of the property, then you can quitclaim it to your daughter without your wife's permission. However, if your wife's name is on the property deed, then you'll have to inform her about the property transfer.

i suppose there's a valid reason for the deception, but you will want to be ready for a battle, i would think..in case she were to discover what you've done.
