He was diagnosed with dementia. He knew kids by previous wife would try to take everything. They hate him, kidnapped him and then filed a divorce for him. He has no clue, but can be programmed to say things. He also gave wife a General Power of Atty with Durable clause. It appears their atty is getting it all overturned and a distribution will take place. How to fight this as she has had three atty's and still no luck because its a small town backscratch system in our courts.

Welcome trainteam,

The whole matter should be well handled by an attorney. You will have to prove that your husband was forced by the ex-wife's children to sign the deed. Unless you prove this, you won't be able to claim the property.
