He knew kids by previous wife would try to take everything. They hate him, kidnapped him and then filed a divorce for him. He has no clue, but can be programmed to say things. He also gave wife a General Power of Atty with Durable clause. It appears their atty is getting it all overturned and a distribution will take place. How to fight this as she has had three atty's and still no luck because its a small town backscratch system in our courts.

You will have to prove that your husband was forced by the ex-wife's children to sign the deed.
