Funta Guest	Posted: Tue Feb 16, 2010 6:41 am    Post subject: Reverse quickclaim deed Like 0 Dislike 0 my husbands attorney had me sign a pile of papers to support my husbands immigration papers. i noticed one of the forms was a quick claim deed i signed over to him for 1.00. I am having this reversed today. how long does it take for my husbands name to get off my title? he is agreement to sign.

Your husband needs to sign a quit claim deed in your name and reverse the property deed. Once he does so, you will have to record the deed at the county recorder's office and get the property transferred in your name. Sussane
