Hi Adonis,

Does the judge have the authority to order her to sign the quit claim deed or issue a power of attorney?

Thanks for your help.

Hi justice,

I checked your earlier post. If your wife doesn't sign on the deed, it remins for the judge to decide what can be done. The judge does not have the authority to sign quitclaim on her behalf. And I guess he can't issue a Power of Attorney at least in this case.

Take care
