I want my daughters to avoid probate and unnecessary expenses when i am deceased. Is a quick deed the best way to leave them my house as inheritance? I will be responsible of all expenses until I am deceased. How will they be affected tax wise, or financially while I am alive and their names are in the deed? thanks zeida

Hello zeidita.

Welcome to the forums.

If you uses a quitclaim deed, then you will transfer your property to your daughter. So you can use a ladybird deed. In that case you will remain the owner even after signing the deed and you son can also avoid probate process. Feel free to ask the community if you have further questions.
