I would like to buy land from a friend. the property is land locked. The only egress to the property is a piece of land that he put a quick claim deed in on. He sayes he can grant me a easement. As it is a land locked property, there can be difficulties for you to build a house or get a bank mortgage. Before you purchase this property consult a real estate attorney. He will be the right person to guide you whether or not you should purchase the property.
