can a party bring a suit against property owners personally and the Estate to obtain clear title to an easement with a quitclaim

Hi faithwks4u,

Anyone can file a lawsuit but it is the court who who decide whether or not the case holds any ground. No one can force the property owners to transfer the property to someone else. Contact an attorney in this regard and get his opinion.
