I recently sign over my deceased mothers home with a Quick Claim Deed to my sister giving her full rights to the home. Who is responsible for the lawyers fee of handling the Quick Claim Deed, the granter or grantee?

Hello- Whoever retained the attorney. You could also split it, or have the estate pay for it.
