| several years ago my husband signed a quit claim deed and gave the marriage home to me now we are divorcing and this property is being considered as the marriage home and is being considered as part of the package is this right? |

If you signed quitclaim deed before your marriage that means this is the individual property. It will not be considered as combined property.
