I want the mobile home moved. What do i do? I have contacted the morgage company and asked them to move it but they seem to be jerking me around. please any advice will be helpful cause I cannot do anything with my property like selling or refinancing cause of this.

You can use a warranty deed in order to transfer your property to your adult child. You should contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed to transfer the property.
