i have land and a mobilehome that im trying to borrow money on here in jackson mississippi. who do i call besides banks?
Welcome lillie,
If you're a member of a credit union, then you can contact them in order to get a mortgage. You may even contact the lenders who offer personal loans for mobile homes and check out if they can help you.

I have a abandoned mobile home on my property that has a morgage on it by the owner. I want the mobile home moved. What do i do? I have contacted the morgage company and asked them to move it but they seem to be jerking me around. please any advice will be helpful cause I cannot do anything with my property like selling or refinancing cause of this.
Hi Annie,
You can contact the owner who has the mortgage on the property and ask him to move the property from your land. This might help you in removing the property from your land.
Thanks

What's the process of transferring title of an outright owned mobile home without liens to a child...
Hi Jose!
Welcome to forums!
You can use a warranty deed in order to transfer your property to your adult child. You should contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed to transfer the property.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

I need to verify ownership of a mobile home. Check for liens B 4 purchasing to remove from current location
Hi j!
You can contact a title search company or the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in order to verify the ownership of the mobile home. This will also help you know whether or not there are liens on the property.
