I have been divorced 9 yrs. my Ex can not get refinancing due to poor credit history and late payments. I need to have my name removed, he is ruining my credit!

Do you mean the mobile home loan is still in your name? Even if you quitclaim the mobile home to your ex husband, it doesn't release your obligation because I think the loan is in your name, isn't it?

The mobile home is and was financed in both our names, he was supposed to have it refinanced but due to his credit was not able to so, therefore it remains in both our names. I am looking for a solution to remove my name and responsiblity to this loan............... Anyone have an suggestions?

In order to remove your name from the mortgage, your ex will have to refinance the mortgage in his name. As he does not have a good credit, lenders will not be ready to refinance the mortgage.
