She is going to quit claim deed her interest in our property to her mother before she files for divorce. the intent of this action is to renig on a loan I obtained from my family member to payoff the mortgage and high interest rate, and to eliminate any asset that may be used for equitable distribution. the equitable distribution would be claimed to cover the personal loan and the financial stabilty I brought to the marriage. You cannot stop her from doing so.
