can i use a quitclaim deed to change my name on the land registry,deeds as i took my existing mortgage with me and had my married name on the deeds when i brougt my new property, i have my decree absolute, i just want my maiden name on there now

Hi jooles.

Welcome to the forum. I think you can go for filing affidavit to change your name into your maiden name on the deed. So you should contact an attorney on this issue.
