Did you have an estate attorney? This person should be able to handle all the details for you. If not, you should be able to get the others to sign off on a quit claim deed after you pay them their part of the value of the home.

Hang out though, there are many around here that know a lot about these issues, I am sure that as soon as they spot this post they will be happy to post what they think you should do.

I hope this helps, goodluck hope that you can figure out what needs to be done.

First, the title must be put in the rightful heirs' names. Was there a probate? If not, you may be able to do an Affidavit of Heirship. Consult with a probate attorney.

Once the house in the proper heirs' names, if you want to your other brothers and sisters to make the house yours alone, they can all sign, notarize and file quitclaim deeds.

I THINK this thing belong your family. They can do a quit claim deed to quit the property. Of course, you agree to pay them for the parts of property. I suggest that you and them would better employ a attorney.
