Hi sadderika4,

Welcome to Mortgage fit,

Surely...If someone has quitclaimed the property to you then you own it...But make sure that how much % share the person has quitclaimed to you...If person has quitclaimed 50 % share of the property to you then you own 50 % of the property...It is as simple as that of....
