If parent paid taxes on property for years after qitclaiming it to his childeren is he entitled to the property or any rights?

And if one sibling was paying mortgage on the one properties deeded to all, is he entitled by law to to have us repay him in a buyout?. All other properties are mortgage free.

Thanks in advance

in principal, property owner is supposed to pay propert tax.

by law your sibling can not ask for amount paid by him against mortgage. but still you discuss it with him/ her to maintain good relations.
