My husband is co-borrower with my daughter. Now they want me to sign a Quitclaim Deed, what I don't want to do. The down payment is also half mine. We are normally married and file every year our income tax as married coupe. If he dies, then his part of the money is going to our other two daughters? I can get nothing?

Well, yes you would have no legal claim against that asset unless you put a lien on the property NOW for the amount equal to your down payment.
