My brother in-law just passes away. He added his new wife to the title of the home via quit claim deed. Will she inherit the sole home or will his half go to his estate?

After your brothers death his wife will remain alone on deed. She will be sole owner of property. If he leaved any will then property will be divided to mentioned hairs.

Thanks & Regards.

yes, the will rules if it exists; otherwise probate will adjudicate matters.
