Guest	Posted: Tue Jan 12, 2010 2:10 pm    Post subject: Property quit claim months before marriage Like 0 Dislike 0 My husbands father quit claimed property where we reside in California to my husband months before we married almost 10 years ago. My name is not on the deed. After marriage my husband took a out a loan using this property as colateral to buy a car. We are considering divorce and have no prenumptual agreement. Do I have legal interest in this property?

I don't think you'll be able to claim any interest in the property. Thanks
