Hello, I wanted to transfer a home that I own to my daughter by placing the property in her name. What are the procedures or steps would I use to initiate this process. Are there deed forms that I need to fill out and if so, can you advise me on whether or not I can download these forms from an online site. Thanks, Margaret

Hi Margaret,

You can transfer your property to your daughter. You should contact a real estate attorney and he will help you in drafting the deed in order to transfer property.

Thanks
