Deron Rowell Guest	Posted: Fri Jan 08, 2010 10:18 am    Post subject: quitclaim deed Like 0 Dislike 0 Hello, my mom and stepdad moved in 2001 and i moved in to their place at that time and took over all financial obligations. the property will be paid off this year and i am just wondering if a quitclaim deed is the best way to go to transfer the property into my name. the monthly payments are not made to a financial institution but they go to a 3rd party (previous owner)... thanks
