Will the lien follow the title, and if so, can it affect the other 2 properties we currently own? thanks _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Yes, the lien will remain on the title. Moreover, if the lien holder comes to know about the transfer of title, he'd prefer that the lien is paid off. It won't affect other properties you own. Thanks
