I got a divorce and never signed a quit claim deed. What are my rights to the property?

in which state do you reside? is it a community property state or not?

If you are staying in a community property state, then chances are that you spouse may have an interest in the property.

I would think that if you are on the title of the property, then you legally have a right to half of it, UNLESS, in your divorce decree you were bought out by your husband. the quit claim then in that instance I think would be a formality.
If you didn't sign anything, regardless of a community property state, you are on the note and therefore have a right to half the property.

Hi rdsmith,

I agree with Elnora here. If your name is on the property deed, then you're still a legal owner of the property. If the property is sold off now, you are entitled to receive your portion of money from the sale proceeds.

Thanks
