Guest	Posted: Tue Oct 07, 2008 11:48 am    Post subject: my husband and I own a condo that my mom lives in..can we us Like 0 Dislike 0 my husband and I own a condo that my mom lives in..can we use a quitclaim deed to add her name...my mom lives at no cost to her in this house, but would help to have her name on the deed for property tax only..homestead exemption.. can we just add her name by using a quitclain deed, then file it in the county the home is in?
