I have property in another state that is family property.
I may have to file bankruptcy chapter 7 and do not want to lose this.
I have family that I can sign over to it but is this allowed? |

Hello,
Even I agree with Eugene.
There is a particular time period before filing a bankruptcy in which you can transfer your property. Otherwise your transfer will be invalid and your property might face a danger.
Consult an attorney for the bankruptcy laws that are valid in your state. |
