how could you find out if a person did a quit claim deed on a property

You can check out the public records in the County Recorder's office to find out if there is a quit claim deed being executed on the property.

In most cities you can now do this online also, They provide PDF's of quit claim

Check your county recorders office website. If they do not have one, you will have to go there.

If a Quick Claim Deed was done how would I find a copy of it and can I download it to my computer?
